Relay Direct is expanding in Milton Keynes, and we're looking for ambitious individuals who want more than just their first job.
Our Junior Sales Project Manager opportunity is designed for people at the beginning of their careers who want to develop practical experience across sales, customer acquisition, campaign delivery, and eventually project management.
You don't need previous management experience. You don't need years of sales experience. What matters to us is that you're confident with people, willing to learn, and motivated to progress.
Your Starting Point
You'll begin where our campaigns happen โ working directly with customers and representing established UK brands across B2B, B2C residential, and event-based campaigns. You'll learn how to:
- Engage customers confidently and professionally
- Understand customer needs and communicate brand offerings effectively
- Generate new customer acquisitions and contribute to campaign growth
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Understand how successful sales campaigns operate from the ground up
