Junior Sales Project Manager

📍 Milton Keynes — on-site and field-based | Full-time, Monday–Friday | Immediate start preferred

About the role

Relay Direct represents established UK brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you'll start by building practical experience in sales, customer engagement and campaign delivery. As your performance and skills grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into coaching, campaign coordination and leadership responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers across B2B, B2C and event campaigns
  • Identify new customer and commercial opportunities
  • Present products and services clearly and professionally
  • Support daily campaign objectives and team communication
  • Build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets

What we're looking for

  • Confident communication and organisational skills
  • An interest in sales, business and project leadership
  • Motivation to work towards measurable goals
  • A professional, reliable and proactive attitude
  • Openness to training, coaching and feedback
  • Willingness to master customer-facing sales before progressing into management

Previous experience is helpful but not essential — full training and ongoing support are provided.
