The Role Details

£28,000–£30,000 base salary plus performance bonus. Hybrid working, Must be able to commute to Hertfordshire. Direct access to the founders. You'll work alongside the co-founder who currently runs sales, and you'll learn by doing it next to him.

About Us

1FIT is the coaching platform for the best coaches in the industry. We build software for online health and fitness coaches, personal trainers, and hybrid coaches. Around 5,000 coaches use 1FIT to look after roughly 150,000 clients. Our NPS is 75, we have never had a negative month of growth, and we're looking to bring on a Sales Representative to allow us to keep up with demand.

Role Description

You'll own the front end of our sales process for coaches. That means conducting outreach, booking the calls, running some of the calls, and helping good coaches find a platform that fits them. It's a sales seat with real ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Booking qualified sales calls; Outbound outreach, following up inbound interest, and keeping the diary full
  • Running discovery and demo calls with coaches
  • Understanding a coach's business properly before recommending anything; how they work, what's breaking, what they actually need
  • Taking coaches from first conversation through to signed up and onboarded
  • Keeping the CRM clean and accurate; Deal stages, notes, next actions, values
  • Following up properly; This is what separates the high performers
  • Feeding back what you hear on calls to the product and marketing side

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll Be Great At This If You

  • Are a recent graduate or early in your career and want to learn fast inside a rapidly growing business
  • Have experience as a coach or personal trainer yourself. If you've run your own client base and felt the pain of managing it through poor platforms, you'll be credible with our customers in a way that's very hard to teach
  • Have prior sales experience. SDR, setting, closing, anything where you had a target
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, written and verbal

How We Sell

Worth being clear about this, because it'll shape your day. We don't use pressure tactics, and we don't chase people who aren't a fit. Our product is genuinely excellent, and our job is to help the right coaches see that.

How to Apply?

Send your CV and a short note telling us why this one. If you've coached before, tell us about it. If you are interested in the fitness industry, tell us about it.
