Job Title: Junior Sales Representative – Construction & Projects

Location: Westminister

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are building a new team to support our growing construction and project-delivery operation. We are looking for a confident, ambitious Junior Sales Representative who wants to learn, develop commercial skills, and build a long-term career within construction and project services.

This is not a role requiring years of industry experience. Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude: proactive, organised, professional, comfortable speaking with people, and motivated by results.

You will help generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, follow up enquiries, and support the wider team in winning and delivering construction-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and follow-up activity.
  • Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Contact prospective clients to understand their construction or project requirements.
  • Book meetings, site visits, and consultations for senior team members where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities in the company CRM.
  • Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and sales documents with training and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Follow up consistently with active opportunities and keep prospects informed throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveying team to ensure project information is communicated accurately.
  • Meet agreed activity and performance targets, including calls, follow-ups, meetings booked, and sales conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
