Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Junior Sales Representative (B2C, leads are provided to you). The Junior Sales Representative will engage with pre-warmed consumer leads via a phone call to understand their needs, present suitable offerings, and guide them through the purchasing process. Daily activities include following up on incoming leads, keeping records in the CRM system, and a free complementary training program provided by our senior sales staff. The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, participating in regular training sessions, and meeting defined activity and conversion targets. You will receive guidance and feedback to build foundational sales skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, or B2C environments.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Availability to work part time and align with team schedules across time zones, including London daytime training and potential night shifts.
