As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and support the wider team in generating new business.
You don't need to have previous sales experience. We're more interested in your personality, communication skills, curiosity, ambition, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Speak with business owners, Founders, Sales Directors, and other senior professionals.
- Understand prospective clients' businesses, challenges, and growth plans.
- Have initial conversations to explore whether Flourish can support their goals.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the wider team.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional relationships.
- Keep customer and prospect information accurate and up to date within the CRM.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop your sales approach.
- Take part in regular coaching, role plays, call reviews, and development sessions.
- Work towards clear activity and performance goals.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of sales, recruitment, and commercial strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
