Junior Sales Representative Manchester / Cheshire | Hybrid Working
£28,000–£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in generating new business, developing customer relationships, and supporting the wider sales team.
You'll identify potential customers, make contact with prospective clients, understand their needs, introduce relevant products or services, and help create new sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, driven, resilient, commercially minded, and eager to learn. No previous sales experience is required — we're looking for attitude, ambition, and the desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and introduce the company's products or services.
- Develop relationships with new and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and establish whether there is a genuine business need.
- Arrange meetings, calls, demonstrations, and appointments for the wider sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Support experienced sales professionals throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Take part in regular coaching, training, and development sessions.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of the company's products, services, and market.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed activity and performance targets.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Degree educated or graduate calibre.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Ambitious and motivated to build a career in sales.

- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider sales team.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, sport, or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
