Description
At System C, we're on a mission to deliver technology that connects and transforms health and care outcomes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate Sales Support professional to join our Sales Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their commercial career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain exposure to every stage of the sales lifecycle. You'll work alongside experienced sales, account management, marketing, and operational professionals, receiving hands-on support and mentorship within a collaborative environment.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with three days per week based in our Liverpool office and the remainder working from home.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Sales Support team member, you'll play a key role in helping our sales organisation operate effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales and teams with day-to-day activities
- Assisting with lead generation, prospecting, client follow-up and renewals activity
- Supporting sales operations processes, reporting, CRM maintenance and data analysis
- Working alongside Account Managers to help maintain strong customer relationships
- Contributing to new business development activities and market research
- Assisting with sales performance reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product and Service teams
- Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting contract renewals by coordinating customer communications, tracking renewal opportunities and helping to ensure timely contract execution

What We're Looking For
We're interested in motivated individuals who bring curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn. You'll ideally have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to build positive working relationships
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- A genuine desire to develop a career within sales operations, commercial support or account management
