About the Company
T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their pump sales team.
You will work closely with clients across sectors including construction, utilities, distribution and industrial processing, helping them achieve fit-for-purpose and cost-effective outcomes.
About the Role
This office-based role is to provide expert guidance and tailored solutions for the management of: foul water, grey water, effluents, irrigation and pressurisation and many other fluid handling applications.
Responsibilities
- Sales Enquiry Support: Assist with management of incoming enquiries and CRM System integrity.
- Technical Sales Support: Providing technical guidance during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and preparing detailed tenders or quotations.
- Customer Consultation: Engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Researching competitor activity, monitoring industry trends, and reporting sales performance to management.
- Collaboration: Working with sales teams, marketing, and new products departments to provide feedback to enable product improvement and maximise sales opportunities.

Working Conditions
Based at T-T head office in Woore, Cheshire

- Be flexible to the requirements of the business.

- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications/ Education/ Training
- Relevant engineering qualification (ONC, HNC, BEng etc) (Desirable)
- Good standard of English and Maths (Essential)
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the industry/related industries (Desirable)
- Understanding of pumps, pipework and applications (Desirable)
- Understanding of pressure pipe systems and fittings (Desirable)
- General understanding of engineering principles (Desirable)

- Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) (Essential)
- Familiar with working with CRM systems (Essential)
