Role Overview

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join their SAP programme team on a 3-6 month contract. You will support the successful delivery of an enterprise SAP programme by coordinating project activities, maintaining governance documentation, and ensuring effective communication across business and technical teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination or PMO experience who has exposure to SAP projects and is looking to further develop their project management career.

  • Attend all project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including action logs, decision logs, and change logs.
  • Produce weekly project status reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate with business users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager where appropriate.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Assist in preparing Steering Committee packs and governance reports.
  • Ensure project governance standards and documentation are consistently maintained.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
