Junior School Teaching Assistant

Working Full Time 8.15am - 4.00pm daily

Term time only, plus 5 INSET days and 3 days to be worked in the holidays

FTE Salary £28,517 - 31,477. Actual pro rated salary £22,289 - £24,603

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

The successful candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children and will be confident supporting pupils across all year groups. They will possess a good understanding of the primary curriculum and the role of a Teaching Assistant both within and beyond the classroom. Flexibility, commitment, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school are essential qualities for this position.

Initially, the role will involve supporting pupils within Key Stage 1, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment in which all children can thrive.
