Role Description

The Junior/Senior Broker roles are a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Broker will assist in sourcing, qualifying, and managing finance opportunities for clients, gathering financial information, and supporting Senior brokers, if Junior in deal structuring.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Liaising with lenders and partners
  • Helping to ensure smooth end-to-end deal processes

The role also involves:

  • Building relationships with clients
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Providing clear, timely updates on applications and approvals

This position offers hands-on exposure to the finance broking industry and a pathway for progressive responsibility and career development.

  • A basic salary of £18,000 - £36,000 DEO and chosen role, plus an uncapped commission structure
  • £30-50k Year 1 OTE
  • £50k-+ Year 2 OTE
  • Clear Commission Structure
  • Clear progression into Senior roles if joining at Junior-Level
  • Chance to work with a number of different Alternative Investments such as Fixed Income, Property, Cask Whiskey, Bullion Markets, Art and many more

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with the drive to constantly learn and keep up to date with the Financial news
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with HNW clients over the phone and F2F
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, CRM tools) is encouraged and willingness to learn brokerage-specific systems
  • Demonstrated interest in finance, banking, or broking, supported by relevant coursework, internships, or prior experience is admired but not necessary
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with a focus on learning, problem-solving, and delivering a professional client experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and availability to work on-site in the London Area
