Job Title: Junior SEO Consultant

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission
Reports To: Head of Fulfilment


About Us

We’re a lean, high-performing SEO agency working with 40+ eCommerce brands across the UK. With a strong focus on results, technical excellence, and commercial insight, we help our clients grow their organic search performance month after month. As a team of six, we’re now looking for a Junior SEO Consultant to join us and play a vital role in managing client accounts and delivering SEO value.


The Role

As Junior SEO Consultant, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be trained across all key SEO disciplines - from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimisation and reporting — and you’ll play an active part in implementing strategies that drive real performance.

This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on SEO or digital marketing experience who wants to sharpen their skills, work directly with clients, and progress quickly in a small, fast-moving agency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly SEO delivery across client accounts (mainly eCommerce)
  • Assist in client communication, task planning, and reporting
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Write or brief SEO-optimised product and collection page content
  • Help with technical SEO tasks such as crawl audits, indexation fixes, and Core Web Vitals improvements
  • Optimise on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal links)
  • Monitor and report on performance using tools like GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs
  • Collaborate with consultants and the founder to meet client goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • A Marketing background or education
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles — on-page, technical, and keyword targeting
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using or learning tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
  • Eager to take initiative, contribute to discussions, and grow quickly
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Shopify or eCommerce SEO experience (a bonus, not essential)
