Description
At System C, we deliver technology that helps transform education, health, and social care services across the UK. We are looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our Application Support team and help our customers get the very best from our software solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their technology career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new skills, and helping others. You will receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support from a collaborative team that is committed to your development.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Application Support team, you will:
- Provide first-line support for customer incidents using Jira
- Investigate and resolve technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic tools
- Work closely with Product, Development, and third-party partners
- Replicate issues to identify software defects and support long-term fixes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the support process
- Take ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure incidents are resolved within agreed service levels
- Support both hosted and on-premise customer environments

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
You Will Ideally Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A basic understanding of technology, software, or IT systems
- An interest in SQL, databases, or programming
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with Jira, remote support tools, server environments, or application support is beneficial but not essential.
