We're looking for ambitious, organised, and people-focused individuals to join as Junior Service Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has an interest in technology, business operations, or digital services and wants to develop a long-term career in Service Management.
You don't need previous Service Management experience.
We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in how technology and business services work. We will provide the training and support to help you develop the Service Management skills needed to succeed.

Service Managers help ensure that technology and business services run smoothly for users and customers. They coordinate people, processes, and communications, helping resolve issues, improve services, and keep stakeholders informed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting service delivery activities
- Working with technical teams and stakeholders
- Tracking service performance and reporting
- Supporting operational meetings and reviews
- Helping coordinate incidents and service issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve services
- Developing expertise in Service Management and Service Delivery

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Customer-facing or customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Understanding of Service Management or Service Delivery concepts
- Awareness of ITIL principles
- Experience producing reports or analysing performance data
- Experience supporting operational or business processes
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, you must:

- Be SC Eligible
- Have a minimum of five years' UK residency
- Have no absences exceeding 30 consecutive days outside the UK during that period
- Be based in Newcastle or within a one-hour commute, or be willing to relocate
- Be willing to work in the office three days per week
What We Offer:
- Starting salary of £26,700 with pay reviews at 6 and 12 months based on performance.
- Pathway to a potential permanent role with our client after 18 months.

This role provides a structured pathway into Service Management, offering exposure to service governance, stakeholder management, operational delivery, and continuous improvement activities. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience working within a large-scale client environment and will be supported in developing the skills required to progress into more senior Service Management positions.
