Job Description

  • Work in a safe manner and lead in a safety mindset, adopt a safety culture, report all unsafe acts/environment for further improvements.
  • Attend site as required to repair and modify equipment.
  • Complete inspections and planned maintenance of heat exchange and PHE equipment.
  • Communicate with customers and contractors to organize site requirements.
  • Document and compile accurate reports.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to solve customer issues as appropriate.

Your Profile

  • Completed a technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field, with proven experience in mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
  • Understanding of heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, and control systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital systems and technical documentation.
  • Ideally holds relevant industry certifications such as F-Gas Certification and CSCS Card (preferred), with a solid understanding of refrigeration principles and best practices.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Remains calm and professional under pressure and uses initiative to identify and implement practical solutions.
  • Committed to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support different areas of the business as required.
  • Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays, and holds a valid driving licence.
