About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and improvement of ServiceNow solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their ServiceNow career who is keen to build hands-on platform experience in an enterprise environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions. You will receive guidance and mentoring while developing your technical skills and understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions in line with platform standards and business requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements into technical tasks, configurations, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components, including:
- Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Basic Script Includes
- Flow Designer workflows
- ACLs and security configurations
- Scoped applications and App Engine components
- Help build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, with guidance from senior team members.
- Test solutions, investigate defects, and support issue resolution.
- Contribute to sprint delivery, backlog refinement, peer reviews, and technical documentation.
- Learn and apply ServiceNow development standards, security practices, and performance principles.
- Support platform releases and operational activities.
- Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Practical experience with JavaScript and web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow components including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and basic integrations.
- An interest in workflow automation, platform configuration, and enterprise systems.
- A structured, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile delivery environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is desirable; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
