The Role
Working as part of a dedicated engineering shift team, you will help support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a critical data centre facility.
Your background could be in any of the following as long as you are fully qualified in said trade:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC / Air Conditioning
- Building Services
- Engineering / Technical Apprenticeships
Previous maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn, as this role will come with a readymade progression and training plan.

What’s on Offer?
- £45,000 salary
- £3,000 additional allowance once authorized as an AP onsite

We are not necessarily looking for someone who already has data centre experience. You could be an experienced engineer looking for a new challenge, or someone early in their engineering career who wants to break into the rapidly growing data centre sector.
