Job Description

As a Junior Producer, you will be producing market leading shoots from pre-production, all the way through the shoot and Post Production, to delivery of assets ready for the ASOS website. You will be key in supporting the Shoot Producer team in keeping Shoot Guides up to date and overseeing the resolution of image transfers, alt image requests and queries from retail. You will be a central point of contact, with a positive, and ‘can do’ attitude, a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing...

  • Pre-plan & produce shoots for the day. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Tackle any shoot list issues and resolve with Shoot Operations
  • Check in to see any reasons for flagged reshoots to ensure reshoot imagery is correct
  • Lead your morning Shoot Briefing with the Shoot Team to clearly set expectations of the day
  • Ensure shoot guides are followed and provide clarity for shoot teams in a timely manner
  • Quality check images to ensure they align to shoot guides
  • Completing an average of 75% of your shoot through to ‘Ready for Live’ by the end of the day, ensuring the remaining 25% is complete or has been dealt with appropriately the following morning
  • Own the US stock image transfer process – uploading brand images until we get the samples shot in Studios
  • Coordinate the connection on site for Mix & Match Skus to support ease of customer shopping
  • Resolve daily email queries from the Retail teams
  • Oversee the Alt Image Request Log and utilise this to feed into the team on key things we need to watch out for
  • Uploading supplier imagery to the site when required
  • Keep all shoot guides for the shoot teams consistently up to date and in line with our current benchmark
  • Regular site checks to ensure all imagery is product focused and on brand
  • Establishing a high level of communication within the department and wider business to carry out duties efficiently
  • Ensuring that all image assets are continuously uploaded to meet the department KPI
  • Setting the pace of the day and achieving your shoot target
  • Curating a shoot preview at the end of each day to share with the department
  • Working closely with all Shoot Producers to successfully deliver the department strategy
  • Responsible for efficient resolution of studio queries and emails
  • Raising any legal and corporate responsibility concerns
  • Maintain a professional and productive working environment
  • Forming strong relationships across the business and establishing and maintaining close relations with the Shoot Operations, Retail and Post-Production teams
  • Engaging in training and development initiatives always projecting the ASOS behaviours policy
  • Providing constructive feedback on any challenges faced throughout the day
  • Keeping up to date with relevant trends and how they relate to ASOS
  • Demonstrating and maintaining a professional presence in and around the business
  • Developing your creative knowledge to keep shoots relevant and aspirational
  • Always championing ASOS ABC’s and demonstrating excellent brand awareness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
