Overview
Our Junior Shoot Producer helps bring our lifestyle shoots to life, supporting every stage of production from the first plans through to the final wrap.
Working closely with the Shoot Producer, you’ll help coordinate locations, talent, logistics and creative requirements, ensuring everything is in place for a successful shoot day.
Supporting a mix of campaign and content shoots, you’ll juggle multiple projects, build strong relationships across creative teams, and keep productions running smoothly in fast-paced, ever-changing on-location environments.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
What Will You Do
- Report into Shoot Team Manager
- Support the planning and coordination of lifestyle shoots, including locations, crew, talent, and logistics
- Liaise with internal teams (creative, styling, marketing, social) to ensure clear understanding of shoot requirements and deliverables
- Assist with location research, bookings, and shoot logistics (permits, access, travel, accommodation where required)
- Work alongside Casting Manager and Art Director on model bookings, ensuring all paperwork and licensing is completed for childrenswear shoots
- Coordinate and distribute call sheets to freelance teams, ensuring all shoot information is clear and up to date
- Manage crew and supplier bookings (photographers, HMU, stylists, assistants, etc.)
- Be a key point of contact on shoot days, helping to manage schedules, keep timings on track, supporting the wider team and problem solving
- Adapt to changing conditions on location (weather, daylight, timing shifts) and support the team in maintaining productivity
- Support post-shoot administration, including updating production schedules and Miro edit boards
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams on shoot status and delivery timelines through emails and status meetings
- Support general production administration, including booking forms, freelancer paperwork (e.g. IR35), and budget tracking
- Ensure best practice across production processes and contribute to improving ways of working

What We Are Looking For
Role Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a shoot production, creative, or content environment (fashion/retail preferable)
- Experience supporting location or lifestyle shoots is essential
Professional/Interpersonal Skills Required:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable, especially in changing on-location environments
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
