About the Role
To manage, maintain and support effectively Outpatients Departments in St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The OP area is open on a Monday to Friday basis with varying hours. There is a possibility that in the future there will be weekend working as well.

He / She is responsible for the overall management of the clinical area and for the professional development of any junior staff; the sister / Charge Nurse will provide advice and support to the whole team involved in caring for patients. He / She will be expected to set and maintain high standards of care and be accountable for auditing and monitoring those standards.
