Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience

This is a junior role, so we’re not expecting years of agency experience. However, you should be able to demonstrate your understanding of social-first content through personal projects, freelance work, internships, employment or a strong portfolio.

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn and project-management tools would be beneficial. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in social media and content creation who is eager to learn, get involved and develop their skills.

About Fern

Fern is a strategy-first social and content agency helping ambitious brands create social media that has purpose, personality and direction.

We’re a small, friendly and ambitious team, so this role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience, support on real client shoots, learn content creation in a hands-on environment, take on genuine responsibility and grow alongside the agency.

To apply, please send your CV, examples of social media content you’ve created and a short introduction explaining why you’d be a great fit for Fern.
