Established in 1995, Quorn Stone is a leading retailer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, with showrooms across the UK and Head Office based in Loughborough. We are passionate about delivering exceptional products and customer service, working with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to create beautiful spaces.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Social & Influencer Executive to join our growing Marketing team at Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for social media, content and the creator landscape to build their career within a fast-paced, growing brand.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Quorn Stone Head Office, Loughborough, LE11 1QJ

The Role:
As a Junior Social & Influencer Executive, you will play an important role within our growing Marketing team, supporting the delivery of Quorn Stone's social media and influencer strategy.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media, creator content and influencer marketing. You don't need years of experience behind you, but you do need to understand what makes great social content, be naturally curious about the creator landscape and be excited to build a career within it.
This is a varied and fast-moving role where no two days will look the same. You could be researching potential creators, supporting an influencer collaboration, helping coordinate an influencer event, responding to community engagement or spotting a trend that we should be acting on.

You will work across influencer marketing, social media and content creation, gaining valuable experience across a range of marketing activities while developing your knowledge and ownership as you grow within the role.
What You Will Be Doing:
Influencer & Creator Marketing – 60%
- Supporting the day-to-day running of influencer and creator collaborations
- Researching and identifying creators who genuinely align with the Quorn Stone brand
- Supporting influencer outreach, gifting, product orders and ongoing communication
- Keeping on top of creator deliverables, deadlines and content requirements
- Maintaining influencer trackers and ensuring collaborations are accurately recorded
- Supporting the team with UGC and creator sourcing
- Building positive and professional relationships with creators and their management teams
- Keeping an eye on emerging creators and proactively bringing new opportunities to the team
Social Media – 30%
- Supporting the day-to-day management of Quorn Stone's social media channels
- Helping schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Supporting community management, including comments, messages and customer interactions
- Assisting with social content planning and maintaining the wider content calendar
- Identifying trends, formats and conversations that could be relevant to the brand
- Supporting content creation, including filming and appearing in content where appropriate
- Helping ensure content is optimised for social search and discoverability
- Supporting reporting and pulling together social and influencer performance data
Content & Shoots – 10%
- Supporting influencer, UGC and brand content shoots
- Helping coordinate products, creators, locations and other shoot requirements
- Capturing reactive and behind-the-scenes social content
- Working closely with the wider creative and marketing team to ensure we get as much valuable content as possible from each opportunity
To Be an Excellent Junior Social & Influencer Executive, You Will Need:

- A degree in marketing, communications or a related subject
- A genuine understanding of social media and the creator landscape
- A genuine passion for social media, influencers and digital culture
- A natural interest in what people are watching, searching for, sharing and talking about online
- An understanding that working in social means being both creative and commercially minded
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confidence communicating with different people and a willingness to pick up the phone, chase something or ask a question
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail
- A proactive approach rather than waiting to be given every next step
- The ability to work at pace without losing attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to changing plans and reprioritise when required
- A genuine team-player attitude and a willingness to get stuck into whatever needs doing
- The confidence to bring ideas to the table and share them
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a career within social media and influencer marketing
Desirable:
- Previous experience within social media, influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Industry experience within interiors, retail or a related sector
Industry experience is a bonus, but not required. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a genuine understanding of social media and the creator landscape, alongside the attitude and potential to grow with the team.
