The Role
DREAM LAB STUDIO is looking for a social-native Junior Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, knows the difference between content made for Social and wants to build a career in social media.
You’ll help manage and create content for major brands. One day you might be filming street interviews, the next writing captions, building content plans for our retailer accounts, publishing posts or spotting a trend our clients should be part of.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, highly organised and genuinely immersed in social culture. You don’t need years of agency experience, but you do need good instincts, strong attention to detail and examples of content you’ve created. Own handles with proven numbers and incredible talent at taking social first video and photo content. (iphone first)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping the team to manage day-to-day social content for our clients
- Filming on location, primarily using an iPhone, and supporting shoots, events and street interviews
- Creating Canva graphics from templates for Stories and carousels.
- Writing captions in different brand voices
- Scheduling and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
- Contributing ideas to monthly content plans and spotting relevant trends
- Keeping calendars, links, approvals and versions accurate
- Supporting community management and monthly performance reports
- Working with creators, presenters, editors and production teams to deliver content on time.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You
- Know Instagram and TikTok inside out and already make content, professionally or for your own channels
- Have a strong visual eye and are confident using Canva
- Feel comfortable filming people in busy environments
- Can write clearly and adapt your tone
- Are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several things at once
- Bring ideas, take feedback well and can make changes quickly

Experience
You might currently be working as a social media assistant, content creator, marketing assistant or junior social media manager. You may also be a strong self-taught creator looking for your first proper agency role. Around one to two years of relevant experience would be ideal, but we care just as much about your instincts, energy and the work you can show us.
