6 Month Placement

Full Time | Social Hidayah

Social Hidayah is a faith driven content agency dedicated to transforming visionary Muslims into industry leaders who achieve impact at scale.

We work with Muslim entrepreneurs, educators, and leaders who are serious about influence, excellence, and long term impact.

We are now hiring a Junior Social Media Coordinator for a 6 month full-time placement. This is an entry level opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious career in social media, content, and agency life.

This role is designed as a launchpad.

Who This Is For

This is for someone who:

  • Wants to build a long term career in social media and content
  • Is highly organised and detail oriented
  • Is proactive and dependable
  • Is eager to learn and grow quickly
  • Is comfortable working in a fast paced agency environment
  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

Agency experience is a bonus, but not essential. Attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter more.

You will work closely under our Content Operations Associate and leadership team, learning directly from experienced strategists and operators.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support the day to day execution of client social media accounts, including:

Content Publishing and Platform Management

  • Posting content across Instagram (Meta), TikTok and YouTube.
  • Writing and refining captions
  • Ensuring best practices are followed on each platform
  • Monitoring and responding to comments and community engagement
  • Troubleshooting posting issues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
