Junior Social Media & Office Coordinator – Recruitment

Are you young, ambitious and naturally the person who is always taking photos, making videos, posting on Instagram or coming up with ideas?

Do you want a role where you can actually make an impact, rather than spending your day doing the same admin tasks?

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Office Coordinator to join Experts Group International (EGI) and become a big part of our growing London office.

A little about EGI:

EGI is an international recruitment business with offices in London, Austin and Dubai. We recruit across some of the world's fastest-growing industries, including Data Centres, Energy & Renewables, Technology and Value Chain.

We’re ambitious, fast-paced and entrepreneurial and we're looking for someone who can help us bring that personality to life online and in the office.

This is a very varied role, and no two days will look exactly the same.

You'll be involved in:

📱 Social Media

  • Creating fun, engaging content for EGI's LinkedIn and social channels
  • Taking photos and videos around the office
  • Coming up with new content ideas and campaigns
  • Helping showcase our people, culture, achievements and recruitment markets
  • Supporting our consultants with their own personal branding
  • Keeping up with current social media trends and bringing new ideas to the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer, Administrator or Junior Recruiter

  • Organised and proactive
  • Comfortable speaking to people
  • Energetic and positive
  • Not afraid to get involved

Why EGI?

You'll be given responsibility from day one, encouraged to bring your own ideas and have the opportunity to develop your career as the business grows.

If you're looking for your next step after your first recruitment role and want something more creative, social and varied, this could be the opportunity for you.

Think you've got the personality for it? We'd love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch directly for a confidential conversation.
