Job Opportunity at Established Telecommunications Business
An established telecommunications business is looking for a proactive professional to join the team. This role offers the chance to work closely with technical support and senior developers to improve internal systems, automation, and diagnostic tools. The successful candidate will transition from supporting technical operations to taking on greater ownership of software development projects.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with senior developers on software tasks and learn existing codebases.
- Enhance internal systems, including remote diagnostics, workflows, and automation.
- Work with technical support teams to identify and resolve real-world system issues.
- Develop and maintain websites, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience through technology.

What we're looking for
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and database fundamentals.
- A clear understanding of APIs and how different systems communicate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, methodical approach to tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to various technical projects.
