  • Connecting APIs and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Testing, debugging, and improving software.
  • Working with Max to turn ideas and customer feedback into practical features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

  • Coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • An understanding of web development and an interest in APIs and databases.
  • Curiosity about AI, search technology, and how businesses get discovered online.
  • A practical approach to solving problems and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team.
  • Availability to work partly from our Horsham office.

Experience with React, Git, WordPress, or AI APIs would be useful, but you don’t need to know everything already.

A relevant degree is welcome, but we’re equally interested in self-taught developers with strong personal projects. University work, a GitHub portfolio, or something you’ve built yourself can help demonstrate your ability.
