The Role
- Provide technical support to internal users, including user lifecycle activities and business application administration.
- Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with system updates.
- Offer first-line support for digital streaming platforms, investigate customer issues, and monitor platform availability.
- Assist with routine data validation, quality checks, imports, exports, and data-related investigations.
- Utilize scripts, database queries, and technical tools to investigate issues and automate routine tasks.
- Adhere to cybersecurity and content protection procedures, and maintain technical documentation.

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a technical role with hands-on coding experience.
- Experience with React and/or Next.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and source control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and content protection concepts.
- Exposure to data migration or database projects and experience supporting SaaS, cloud, media, or streaming platforms.
