Role: Junior Software Engineer (Python/Java)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70k + Industry Leading Bonus!
We're currently working with a leading high-performance investment firm in London that's looking to add a Junior Python/Java Software Engineer to its front-office trading technology team!
This role offers the opportunity to engineer the systems that underpin a sophisticated trading platform, working on performance-critical technology where every optimisation matters. You'll collaborate closely with front-office teams, solve challenging technical problems, and have the chance to grow your influence by taking on technical leadership responsibilities!

We're Interested in Engineers Who Have:
- 0-2+ years of professional Java/Python software development experience
- Strong foundations in software engineering, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python)
- A genuine passion for building high-quality software and a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code and collaborate effectively within a team
