We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Software Sales professional who is eager to learn, ambitious, and hungry to win. This role is ideal for early-career talents who want to build a long-term career in Enterprise Software Sales. You will work closely with experienced sales leaders, learn modern enterprise sales methodologies, and actively contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
This position is designed as a strong entry point into enterprise sales, with clear development paths toward Account Executive responsibilities. From day one, you will be expected to take ownership of opportunity generation, operate with discipline in CRM processes, and consistently work toward defined performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned target territory.
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Take ownership of early-stage sales opportunities and support senior sales colleagues through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date pipeline data and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials in collaboration with senior sales leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure consistent customer engagement.
- Participate actively in coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen your sales skills and methodology.
- Work toward clearly defined pipeline and activity targets aligned with company growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European language skills are a plus.
- Completed sales internship or working student experience in a tech or SaaS sales environment, or a minimum of 2 years of technology sales or SDR experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce; familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ambition to exceed targets.
- High level of resilience and motivation in goal-oriented environments.
- Passion for technology, enterprise software, and customer success.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and modern enterprise IT landscapes.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software sales environments.
- Exposure to SAP, ERP, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure topics.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
- Experience using outbound prospecting and social selling tools.
