The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and passion for wine under the guidance of an inspirational leader. Working closely with our Sommelier & Wine Educator, you will provide a highly personalised, elegant service to our guests. What You Will Do
- Impeccable Service: Assist the Head Sommelier and managers in the daily operations of The Windsor Brasserie.
- Guest Advisory: Develop deep food and wine knowledge to confidently advise guests on bespoke pairings.
- Mise en Place: Ensure the main dining room and private dining spaces are fully prepared and operational.
- Team Synergy: Attend and actively contribute to service briefings to maintain flawless service levels.
- Daily Operations: Follow structured opening and closing procedures to keep the venue immaculate.
- Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, evenings, weekends, 5 days out of 7

- The Skillset: Prior hospitality experience with a desire to learn fine dining etiquette.
- Qualifications: Wine certificates are not mandatory as we provide full training—we hire for passion and train for skill.
