Artemis are expanding to meet strong forward bookings across our estate of luxury wedding venues. We are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Mythe Barn.
This is an ideal role for a confident Chef de Partie or Junior Sous ready to take the next step in a structured, professional kitchen — with real career progression.

About The Role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional modern British menus for high-end weddings and events (100+ covers).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day kitchen management
- Maintaining high food and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
- Assisting with ordering, stock control and rota planning
- Ensuring allergen compliance
- Delivering beautifully presented dishes under pressure
- Helping develop and test new menu ideas

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in quality food-led kitchens
- Experience with 100+ cover service
- Passion for fresh ingredients and modern British cuisine
- Calm, organised and professional under pressure
- Team-focused with strong communication skills
- Own transport (venue location)
- Right to work full-time in the UK
Wedding or event catering experience is highly desirable.
