Junior Sous Chef | Fine Dining | £52K | 4 Days On
Looking for a serious fine-dining kitchen with a genuinely attractive working pattern?
We’re looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded London restaurant offering modern, ingredient-led cooking with a strong focus on open-fire techniques, exceptional seasonal produce and bold flavours.
You’ll be joining an ambitious brigade with high culinary standards, supporting the senior team while taking real responsibility across service, team development and kitchen organisation.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid Junior Sous experience within fine dining
- Comes from a strong, quality-led restaurant background
- Has excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Is confident leading and motivating junior chefs
- Thrives in a busy, high-standard kitchen
- Is organised, calm under pressure and ambitious to progress

Salary: £52,000 per annum
Schedule: 4 double shifts / 3 days off every week
Location: London
