Junior Sous Chef
Fine Dining Restaurant | London
£52,000 - 55000 per annum
4 double shifts per week
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in London. The restaurant offers a modern, ingredient-led menu with a strong focus on open-fire cooking, using exceptional seasonal produce and bold, creative flavours. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented and ambitious kitchen team with high culinary standards.
The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will:
- Support the senior kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Help lead and motivate the brigade during busy services
- Maintain consistently high standards across all sections
- Work with premium seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking techniques
- Support the training and development of junior chefs
- Assist with kitchen organisation, stock control and ordering
- Ensure excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and consistency

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a fine dining restaurant
- Comes from a strong, high-quality restaurant background
- Is confident supporting and leading a busy kitchen brigade
- Has excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Is organised, calm under pressure and comfortable taking responsibility
- Is ambitious and keen to continue developing their career
