Junior Sous Chef Benefits
- £18.26 per hour + annual bonus.
- 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.
- Closed for Christmas & New Year every year.
- Working within a stable and supportive senior team.
- Located in the beautiful surroundings of Surrey.
- Earliest start 8am.
- Latest finish 11:30pm.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements
- A competent and experienced Junior Sous Chef who can confidently operate across all outlets within this multi-faceted hotel.
- A strong leader and motivator, capable of guiding and developing junior members of the brigade.
- A creative chef with the ability to contribute to seasonal, modern British menu development.
- A Junior Sous Chef with a stable employment history and excellent references, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- A hands-on, self-motivated individual with a minimum of four years’ experience in professional kitchens.
- This role may also suit an experienced Chef de Partie seeking their first step into a Junior Sous Chef position and ready to take on greater responsibility.
