We are looking for a talented full Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Relais Henley, working alongside our talented and inspirational Head Chef to develop a very exciting new food offering.
You will have previous experience of working within a kitchen at CDP or Junior Sous Chef level, being excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset with casual, fine dining and events.

Key responsibilities:
- To work well in a team of chefs providing exceptional cuisine to guests
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
