We're Looking for a Passionate and Ambitious Junior Sous Chef
Join our opening team and support the delivery of outstanding food in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up, or a Junior Sous Chef looking to develop their career within an exciting new hospitality concept.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections and ensuring food is delivered to the highest standards
- Coaching and supporting junior chefs to develop their skills
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and waste management
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met
- Playing a key role in delivering a smooth and successful service

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- A passion for quality ingredients and modern British food
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work
