We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Junior Sous Chef to join The Connaught Banqueting Kitchen team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef and hold a key role in day to day operation of the Jean-Georges kitchen. You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development more junior Chefs in the brigade.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding quality and service within a high profile kitchen.
  • Have experience ideally at similar level within a quality dining environment and have proven kitchen experience.

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality.

Job Details

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
