A bit about what you will be doing:

As the Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our kitchen team to culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coaching kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety protocols.
  • During busy service periods, you'll command the pass while providing support to chefs on various kitchen sections, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely service.
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, you'll seamlessly oversee kitchen operations, maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing cost control through ADACO-assisted stock ordering will be part of your routine, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety regulations is paramount.
  • Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to address customer feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
