- Supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Learn to deliver a 'silver service' / 5* star dining experience for our treasured Residents.

The Ideal Junior Sous Chef:
- Previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment.
- A passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, team-focused approach with a genuine desire to enhance residents' dining experiences.
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery, or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Help preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard.
- Assisting and supporting kitchen colleagues when required.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP standards.
- Assisting with stock control.
