Junior Sous Chef Opportunity at Rockfish Salcombe - FREE PARKING

Your Role as Jnr Sous Chef
- Cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service
- Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
