Junior Sous Chef

Role Overview
To support the kitchen leadership team at The Botanist Edinburgh in consistently delivering high-quality food experiences, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive, developmental environment for junior team members, ensuring smooth and successful service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Supporting food safety, allergen and compliance standards
- Assisting with stock management and kitchen organisation
- Supporting and motivating junior kitchen team members
- Helping deliver smooth and successful services
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, committed to quality and enjoys supporting others.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is desirable.
