Junior Sports Sponsorship Broker (Commission-Focused)

Location: London, Holborn

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Sports Sponsorship Broker to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, and commercial partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship and advertising opportunities across major sports properties, including professional football, motorsport, American sports, and other premium sporting events. The role offers significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure, alongside professional development and exposure to high-profile industry networks.

If you are ambitious, resilient, and willing to grind, cold outreach, attending events, working Telegram networks, and closing deals with hard-to-reach bookmaker owners and major consumer brands, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure sponsorship and advertising partnerships with betting operators, consumer brands, automotive companies, technology firms, and other commercial partners.
  • Build and leverage networks through sports events, industry conferences, Telegram groups/channels, and direct outreach to owners and decision-makers.
  • Learn the sports sponsorship landscape quickly — from hospitality screen inventory to tailored pitch decks.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activity (calls, messages, meetings) to fill the pipeline.
  • We are seeking individuals who are highly ambitious and motivated to achieve their goals, and who are willing to work flexibly — including outside standard 9–5 hours where necessary — in order to maximise commercial success and take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, focusing on activations in premium corporate hospitality areas.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up activity, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Develop a strong understanding of sports sponsorship inventory, including corporate hospitality, LED advertising, digital activations, and bespoke partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver sponsorship solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events and sporting fixtures to develop relationships and identify commercial opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
