About the Role

London

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Sportsbook Operations Executive with a keen interest in sports to launch their career in the iGaming industry. This is a foundational graduate-level role designed for those eager to learn. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience and build expertise at a dynamic, forward-thinking operator.

Due to the nature of the business, this role operates on a shift-based contract, with coverage across evenings, weekends and, where required, overnight periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and arranging attractive sports events for users to bet on within our app.
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience team to solve user queries.
  • Understanding betting markets and settling user bets.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative betting products.
  • Creating and maintaining a great user betting experience.

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Some experience or strong interest in sports or sports betting (either as a user or in a professional setting).
  • Good knowledge of major UK sports and competitions. Horse Racing is a big advantage!
  • Basic understanding of fixed-odds betting and core betting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • A graduate with a degree in Maths or another relevant field.
