Our Story

Our story began with one man and his vision; to bring vibrant, colourful, hand-crafted artisan clothes from faraway places to the markets of London. It is a journey that started on a hippy commune in Ibiza, 1970, and finished with an overland trip east, through Afghanistan and India. Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Store Designer to join us. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone with retail design experience to support us with the development of all store planning.

What Will You Do?

As our Junior Store Designer, you will:

  • Plan and create design intent drawings packs for stores, concessions, and travel retail spaces for new and refurbishment store projects. These will include fully noted drawings, elevations, and details where needed
  • Carry out measured site surveys of potential new sites
  • Ensure brand concepts are maintained and implemented correctly across all store formats
  • Work closely with external architectural teams to complete construction drawing packs to programme
  • Ensure that all designs are practical and adhere to current H&S guidelines
  • Liaise with international partners to give design advice and support
  • Maintain standard detail packs for all concepts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
