Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and understands what great customer service looks like.

Maybe you currently work at a holiday park, hotel, campsite, travel company or in another customer-facing environment. Perhaps you're working in reception, reservations, guest services or customer service and are looking for a new direction where you can use that experience in a growing software company.

You don't need previous experience in IT or software support. What's more important to us is that you're curious, customer-focused and comfortable working with digital systems.

You'll Likely Have

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, reservations, customer service or another customer-facing environment;
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers;
  • The ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions and understand what someone really needs;
  • Confidence using digital systems and an eagerness to learn new software;
  • A practical and solution-oriented mindset;
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • The ability to stay organised and manage different customer questions at the same time;
  • The confidence to collaborate with colleagues across different teams.

Experience with reservation systems, property management systems (PMS) or booking platforms is a bonus, but certainly not required.

What You'll Bring

You're positive, curious and motivated to learn. You enjoy helping people, take ownership of your work and aren't afraid to ask questions when faced with something new.

You communicate clearly, work well as part of a team and enjoy solving problems. Most importantly, you're someone who wants to develop professionally while making a real impact for our customers.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary based on your experience.
  • Annual salary reviews.
  • A 10% salary increase after your first year.
  • Hybrid working opportunities.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • A structured onboarding programme with a dedicated buddy.
  • Access to our Learning Management System (LMS), internal training and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Clear opportunities to grow your career within Booking Experts.
  • The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing international SaaS company.

Offer

If it's a great match on both sides, we'll be delighted to welcome you to Booking Experts.

Our origins lie with Expert Webdesign, where we developed websites for all kinds of companies, including recreation entrepreneurs. We repeatedly encountered the same problem: the websites were far ahead of the market and competition, but lacked the ability to book a vacation directly through the website. Customers had to contact the reception desk by phone or switch to external booking platforms. We thought this could be done better and more easily.

That's why we sat down with all kinds of parties, such as receptionists, park managers, technical services, cleaners, barrier operators, and management, to identify the bottlenecks from various perspectives. The result was the development of an innovative reservation system that integrates all the essentials for recreation companies. That's how Booking Experts came into being in 2011. Our booking platform has grown to become the go-to platform for holiday parks, campsites, and hotels in various countries.

To meet growing demand, we established our marketing agency Booking Boosters in 2017. This enables us to help our customers increase their online sales and stimulate their growth. Through effective and performance-based marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media, we help holiday parks grow and flourish!
