Junior Sustainability Analyst
London
Paying up to £45,000
I’m working with an established investment business looking to add a Junior ESG & Sustainability Analyst to its growing sustainability function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who already has some exposure to investment management, financial services, or sustainable finance and wants to develop their experience within ESG and responsible investment.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing sustainability and ESG information across investment portfolios
- Supporting responsible investment initiatives
- Working with external ESG datasets and research
- Contributing to internal and external sustainability reporting
- Monitoring developments across sustainable finance regulation
- Supporting ESG-related investment products and client requirements
- Assisting with wider sustainability projects across the business

Experience:
- Some previous experience within investment management, financial services, or a closely related environment
- A strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible investment
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Strong Excel capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant ESG or sustainability training would be advantageous
