Junior System Administrator

Job Summary
We are hiring a Junior System Administrator to help maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. You'll support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff, building a strong foundation in systems administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Support user account and access management
- Assist with backups, updates, and patch management
- Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
- Maintain documentation of systems and configurations
- Support IT security best practices
- Assist with infrastructure projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in systems administration or IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+) a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
