Responsibilities
- Maintaining our client support function
- Advising clients on best system practices
- Helping clients set up their systems
- On-boarding new clients and migrating historical records
- Building analytical reports
- Managing the company’s customer relationship management system
- Business support and admin.

Expected salary band for the role is £25-£30k depending on candidate experience. The vacancy is considered a Entry level position.
